Terms of use for Signature

In accordance with the Collaboration Agreement signed between Mapal and Signaturit Solutions S.L.U., the digital signature service called “eSignature Advanced” is provided by Signaturit Solutions S.L.U. (https://www.signaturit.com) and marketed by Mapal.

Personal data will be processed by Signaturit Solutions S.L.U. as the data processor under a data processing agreement that stipulates the same obligations, on the part of Signaturit Solutions S.L.U., as those assumed by Mapal in the corresponding Software License and Service Provision Agreement formalized between Mapal (Provider) and your company (Client).

Signatories may accept the Privacy Policy of Signaturit Solutions S.L.U. when they receive the relevant document in the designated email account(s) through this Platform.
