New Features

  • Multi-Select Tool for Targeting Job Titles and departments in Surveys & News

Overview

Users can now select multiple job titles at once using a new multi-select dropdown in the “Employees by Job/Depts” section when creating surveys or news. The updated interface also includes a search option and supports easy deselection.

Why this Matters

Previously, job titles had to be selected one at a time, which was inefficient and time-consuming—especially for organisations with large or complex structures

Benefits

  • Select and manage multiple job titles from one dropdown
  • Quickly find job titles using the built-in search
  • Easily remove selections with a single click
  • Improved usability even with long lists
  • Streamlined targeting for faster communication setup

  • Redesigned Admin Table with De-duplication and Enhanced Controls

Overview

A refreshed admin table has been introduced with the latest design style, showing a clean, consolidated list of all admins. It includes sortable columns, powerful search, and clear action controls—without any duplicate entries.

Why this Matters

Previously, admins who belonged to multiple levels appeared multiple times in the table, cluttering the interface and complicating management. The lack of streamlined actions and visual clarity made admin oversight inefficient.

Benefits

  • Admins appear only once, even if linked to multiple levels.
  • “Level” column shows all associated roles in a grouped format
  • Easily edit or delete admins via an updated “Actions” column (delete hidden for MOS-controlled entries)
  • Cleaner interface with improved search and usability
  • Avatar removed to prioritise useful admin data
  • Consistent user experience with the latest UI styling

Bug fixes

  • BUG: Survey not recurring. Issue: Recurring surveys trigger email notifications to employees, but the surveys do not reappear on Mapal One for completion. This causes confusion, as users are notified but have no survey to respond to. Resolution: The system now ensures that recurring surveys are correctly surfaced in Mapal One at each scheduled interval, matching the notification behavior and allowing employees to complete them as intended.
