In the meantime, here are some tips to make sure you are looking after your mental health:

Take a break: Remember to take a 5-10 minute screen break every hour! You can also practise the 20-20-20 rule (every 20 minutes, look 20 feet away for 20 seconds to reduce eye strain)

I like to move it, move it: Stretch, take a little walk or do a desk wiggle every hour to keep your energy flowing

Hydrate & caffeinate (responsibly!): Water first, then coffee! Keep a balance to stay refreshed and focussed

Vibe check: Play your favorite feel-good song when you need a mental boost

Fresh air: Step outside, soak up a little daylight and reset your mind (even if it’s just for 5 minutes)

Remeber you’re doing amazing: Seriously. Pause, appreciate your progress, and be kind to yourself
