This included a series of bite-sized, 90 minute leadership sessions, clearly promoted on the platform, making it easy for team members to view sessions and secure their place. Demand was immediate, with the first sessions fully booked within just two days.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Features such as reminders and waitlists helped maintain strong attendance. Sessions covered resilience, managing difficult behaviour and coaching skills, giving leaders practical techniques they could apply straight away.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Wellbeing was also a priority, with a digital library of short, accessible resources authored by award-winning expert Liggy Webb<\/strong>, designed to support teams across areas such as handling pressure, time management and healthy habits.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
