Jorge Lurue\u00f1a, CEO and founder of Mapal Software, a company specializing in the development of technological solutions for restaurants, presented the keys to future restaurant management at the \u201cDigitalization\u201d round table on February 20, as part of the \u201cRestaurant Trends\u201d conference during the HIP (Horeca Professional Expo) fair at IFEMA.\u00a0 Patrik Bergareche, Managing Director of Just Eat Spain, Carlos Men\u00e9ndez, Commercial Director of Grupo VIPS and Club VIPS, and Marc Guerrero, founder of Delectatech, also participated in the round table discussion. The round table discussion was moderated by Marius Robles, Co-founder of Reimagine Food.<\/i><\/p>\n\n\n\n
