The firm is backed by Providence Strategic Growth (\u201cPSG\u201d), the growth equity affiliate of Providence Equity Partners.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading is-style-heading-4\">Adding reputation monitoring to hospitality management solution\u00a0<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><a href=\"https:\/\/mapal-os.com\/en\/solutions\/reputation\" target=\"_blank\">Reputation<\/a> is a tool for monitoring online reviews for restaurants and hotels that captures data from across social media and review sites, allowing its customers to manage responses, analyse sentiment and image content with powerful AI, machine learning tools &amp; image recognition algorithms.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The acquisition is the latest in a series of acquisitions and investments by the firm in complementary hospitality management technologies, with a view of combining solutions to create a powerful, integrated back of house product suite. This recent transaction follows the acquisition of UK based Flow Hospitality Training, last December.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading is-style-heading-4\">On the road to build complementary software solution for hospitality businesses \u00a0<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Jorge Lurue\u00f1a, Founder and CEO of Mapal, said: \u00a0<\/strong><br> \u201cThis acquisition adds another important tool to the suite of products we are able to offer our customers. Armand and Alex have developed an incredible online reviews monitoring tool that is much needed in the market.
