\u2018Best Career Progression\u2019 at Springboard UK Hospitality Awards.\u00a0\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h5 class=\"wp-block-heading is-style-heading-5\"><strong>\u00a0<\/strong><\/h5>\n\n\n\n<h5 class=\"wp-block-heading is-style-heading-5\"><strong>A culture that values learning and development\u00a0\u00a0<br> \u00a0<\/strong><\/h5>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Training standards have always been high at London Cocktail Club<\/strong>, with a focus on technical bartending skills, customer\u00a0service and perfect serves.\u00a0\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">As the company grew,\u00a0recruitment became tougher\u00a0and the founding team knew they couldn\u2019t be everywhere at once, so\u00a0they\u00a0had started down the process of clearly documenting a training programme with workbooks and manuals.\u00a0\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Expectations of the bartenders is high, as you\u2019d expect with such excellent service standards, but soon new recruits were drowning under the pile of printed training manuals they were being presented with when joining.\u00a0\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<article class=\"wp-block-mapal-testimonial-card testimonial-card swiper-slide wp-block-group\">\n\t\n\t<div class=\"wp-block-group testimonial-card__wrapper is-layout-flow wp-block-group-is-layout-flow\">\n\t\t\n\t\t<div class=\"wp-block-group testimonial-card__details-wrapper is-layout-flow wp-block-group-is-layout-flow\">\n\t\t\t\n\t\t\t<p class=\"testimonial-card__testimonial-text wp-block-paragraph\">\u201cMoving from a purely classroom-based training process to a blended proposition with digitisation of courses, assets and resources really supported us onboard and upskill the teams to the high standards that we expect from our bartenders.
