This was made available to all Tourism and Hospitality Businesses.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">This was an online course designed to help businesses feel prepared to reopen, and to promote that the company and team had the necessary knowledge and have put the necessary safety procedures in place and are therefore safe venues to visit and to work in. This assurance was important in helping to boost the tourism and hospitality industry again after what has been an incredibly tough time for all.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading is-style-heading-5\"><strong>Bespoke hygiene and safety training content  from Flow Hospitality<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><a href=\"https:\/\/mapal-os.com\/en\/solutions\/flow-learning\">The Flow Hospitality Training<\/a>\u00a0team acted quickly to deliver a fully interactive short course from the expert safety and hygiene content which was delivered via the\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.flowhospitalitytraining.co.uk\/en\/our-modules\/compliance-suite\/\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" target=\"_blank\">FlowZone\u00a0learning management solution<\/a>\u00a0to more than 1485 businesses, with over 8903 learners being allocated the course within 3 weeks of going live, each individual receiving their own certificate and the Business securing the Business Safety Charter certificate to display in the business.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>What F\u00e1ilte Ireland said about Flow solution:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<article class=\"wp-block-mapal-testimonial-card testimonial-card swiper-slide wp-block-group\">\n\t\n\t<div class=\"wp-block-group testimonial-card__wrapper is-layout-flow wp-block-group-is-layout-flow\">\n\t\t\n\t\t<div class=\"wp-block-group testimonial-card__details-wrapper is-layout-flow wp-block-group-is-layout-flow\">\n\t\t\t\n\t\t\t<p class=\"testimonial-card__testimonial-text wp-block-paragraph\">As part of the creation of a National Safety Charter in response to the COVID-19 pandemic which was to assure consumers that the businesses were adhering to the strictest safety and hygiene standards there was a need for us to deliver an Infection Prevention Control programme. We have worked with Flow Hospitality Training for many years (on another very successful Programme our accredited Service Excellence programme) and we turned to them to help us deliver this important initiative against very tight timelines.
